‘I was asked did I want my Kitchen replacing or did I want a new Kitchen? Rather nervously I replied, I want a new Kitchen. However, I got more than I bargained for. I got my new Kitchen and everyone who comes into the room says 'WOW' what a beautiful space! It seemed to take a long time to complete, but this was a big project for us and your attention to detail, but meticulous planning helped enormously. Your army of specialist fitters, builders, plumbers, electricians and painters arrived to schedule and everything was run like a military operation. I didn't have to sort out anything - your team worked around me, leaving me messages when I was working away, sending pictures and updates. You were also on site most days, providing updates making adjustments for our uneven walls and ceilings. Having had 2 Bathrooms designed and fitted by your company, I knew the quality of the workmanship and had complete faith that the Kitchen would be just as I wanted (and more!). Even in the early days of planning, you walked me around the show room asking lots of questions, finding out what I didn't like, as much as what I did like. Your team were fantastic, scouring lifestyle magazines and appliance brochures, sourcing lighting, switches, tiles etc to complete the look and finish I wanted. All of them were very patient, unlike my husband who couldn't believe how may kitchen specialists I had seen - but were not quite happy with what they presented! I am very proud of my Kitchen, I have to say I spend a lot more time in this room than I did previously. Thank you Paul and to your team. You all did a fantastic job.’
